Janelle Bell Chrm

Janelle Bell has over 16 years of experience in the property management industry. Janelle started their career as a Property Manager at Princeton Property Management in 2005, where they remained until 2012. In 2013, they joined The Management Group as a Property Manager, and then moved on to Coast Property Management in 2014, where they also served as a Property Manager. In 2016, Janelle joined Quantum Residential and held multiple roles including Property Manager, Regional Portfolio Manager, Transitions Director, and Human Resources Director. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Quantum Residential, a position they have held since 2023.

Janelle Bell attended Sandpoint High School from 1993 to 1997. Janelle did not obtain a specific degree or choose a field of study during their time there. Additionally, they obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University in August 2022.
