Brandon Glyck, CDR, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Search Partners since June 2006, leading a specialized recruitment firm recognized for its exceptional workplace culture and rapid growth, including accolades such as WBJ Best Places to Work '23/24, Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies '21/'22/'23, and WBJ Largest Professional Search Firms in Greater DC Area '23. Glyck has extensive experience in core recruitment areas including technology, cybersecurity, finance and accounting, technical sales and marketing, and HR and business operations. In addition to executive leadership, Glyck has contributed to the industry as a volunteer career mentor with Veterati since August 2016 and began a recruitment career by making a successful placement at age 18 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Princeton University.
