Principal Scientist, Scientific Support at Quantum-Si

Ben Moree, PhD has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research and development. Ben started their journey at BlueLight Therapeutics as a Scientist, focusing on developing protein model systems and lipid-bilayer surface formulations for platform commercialization from October 2013 to June 2014.

Prior to their work at BlueLight Therapeutics, Ben worked at Biodesy, LLC as a Scientist from January 2013 to October 2013, where they contributed to the development and commercial launch of the Biodesy Delta instrument.

Ben's academic background includes obtaining a PhD in Molecular Biology from Stanford University School of Medicine, where their research focused on studying the assembly and epigenetic propagation of centromeric histones. Ben worked as a PhD student from September 2004 to August 2012.
