Jason Phillips

Jason Phillips is an experienced ICT professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles related to information and communications technology. Currently serving as ICT Manager at Quantum Support Services Inc. since April 2022, Jason has held similar managerial positions at TAFE Gippsland and Federation Training. Previous roles include IT Manager and Team Leader ICT at Federation Training and GippsTAFE, respectively. Jason began the career as a Computer Support Officer at Central Gippsland TAFE, progressing through various ICT roles since February 2000. Jason holds a Bachelor of Computing in Computer Software Engineering from Monash University, obtained between 1993 and 1996.

Quantum provides a range of services throughout Gippsland in the areas of Homelessness including youth crisis accommodation, Tenancy advocacy and support, Community Connections (assisting vulnerable people connecting with services, health and support providers), Family Violence for women and children, Youth programs, Youth Justice programs, Out of Home Care including Foster Care, and leads the Orange Door (Inner Gippsland) initiative.
