Currently serving as a Family Violence Hub Practitioner at Quantum Support Services Inc., Kelly previously held various roles at Victoria Police and MLC Life Insurance, where responsibilities included managing teams, analyzing customer data for retention strategies, and leading service-driven initiatives. Quantum provides a range of services throughout Gippsland in the areas of Homelessness including youth crisis accommodation, Tenancy advocacy and support, Community Connections (assisting vulnerable people connecting with services, health and support providers), Family Violence for women and children, Youth programs, Youth Justice programs, Out of Home Care including Foster Care, and leads the Orange Door (Inner Gippsland) initiative. Quantum uses it’s standing the community to promote awareness and addressing social issues, and working towards creating better health and wellbeing for Gippslanders.
