Marion Sabrou

Marion Sabrou has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. In 2008, they began their career as an External Communication and Press Relations Assistant at CEA. In 2011, they moved to GDF SUEZ as an HR Communication Assistant, where they were responsible for organizing HR conferences, animating networks for young managers, creating HR communication documents, and supporting internal surveys. In 2012, they joined Ubisoft as an HR Assistant - Training & International Mobility. Marion then moved up to HR Manager at Ubisoft in 2013, and then at McCormick & Company in 2015. In 2016, they became an HR Manager at Castorama France, and in 2018, they assumed the role of HR Director at Quantum Surgical SAS, where they defined and executed the HR roadmap, managed the recruitment plan, and improved, drove and coordinated people performance processes.

Marion Sabrou obtained a Master of Science Human Resources and Management of Relations (M2) from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE between 2010 and 2012. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor in Corporate Communication from Infocom - Universit\u00e9 Lille 3 in 2009-2010. Marion also obtained a Bachelor in languages and communication from J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping University in 2008-2009, and a Two year technical degree in Corporate Communication (DUT) from Universit\u00e9 Nancy 2 in 2006-2008.
