Cristhian Gamarra

Cristhian Gamarra began their career in 2011 as an Analista de Sistemas Senior at SE Semana Económica. In 2016, they became a Cofounder of Quantum Talent, a startup that develops Big Data, Predictive Analysis, and Machine Learning solutions for Human Resources management in Latin America. Theirambition was to transform the way companies manage their workforce through the use of predictive algorithms to select talented and qualified applicants for operational positions. With their personalized algorithms, each company can reduce personnel turnover in a simple and efficient way.
