Randy Gulian

Randy Gulian is the Co-Founder and General Manager at QuantumWork. Prior to QuantumWork, Gulian was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at InSearch Worldwide from January 1991 to September 2008. Gulian founded InSearch Worldwide and built it into a leading provider of strategic recruitment solutions including recruitment process outsourcing and senior level retainer-based executive search. As large recruiting companies were looking to enter the recruitment outsourcing arena, Gulian sold the business in 2008 to Allegis Group, a global 13B organization.

Randy Gulian has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management and Marketing from Rutgers University.
