Laura Bennett has a diverse work experience in coaching, leadership development, and communications. Laura is currently the Coach and Founder of Laura Bennett Coaching, where they provide coaching services. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder of Their Brilliance, a women-centered group coaching organization that empowers female leaders.

In the past, Laura worked as a Senior Leadership Coach and Consultant at ICC: Innovate. Coach. Consult., where they partnered with businesses to address people challenges and provide innovative leadership development programs. Laura also served as an Executive Coach at Quantuvos - Executive Coaching for Everyone, Everywhere.

Prior to their coaching roles, Laura worked at McDonald's Corporation, where they held various positions including Change Management Manager, U.S. Communications Manager, Manager of U.S. Talent Management, Manager of Change Enablement, and Strategic Communications Manager. In these roles, they led communication strategies, developed officer development programs, and facilitated change management initiatives.

Before joining McDonald's Corporation, Laura was an Associate Director at FRED Leadership, a nonprofit organization that focuses on ethical and inclusive leadership development.

Laura Bennett, PCC, CPCC has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Communication, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained between 2000 and 2004. In 2019 to 2020, they attended the Co-Active Training Institute and completed the Coaching Training and Certification Program. Laura has obtained several certifications, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in January 2022, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute in May 2020, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in August 2020. Additionally, they have obtained the Leadership Circle Profile Certification from Leadership Circle in March 2022 and is an ICF member, as indicated by the ICF Member Badge obtained in February 2021.
