Continuing with further education, Robin completed an Advanced Certificate in Organizational Development and HR Management from Columbia University in 2000-2001. Additionally, Robin was a Fellow and Council Member at Harvard University from 2002 to 2009, specializing in Learning Innovations Laboratory.
