Luis Demetrio Martineza Arellano

Luis Demetrio Martineza Arellano has extensive experience in project leadership and technology infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Project Leader for Infrastructure at Quarksoft since February 2017, responsibilities include planning, support, and ensuring compliance with SLAs for the National Transparency Institute's technological infrastructure. Prior to Quarksoft, Luis held the position of Manager of the ICT Area at Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México, where responsibilities included implementing and supporting technological infrastructure and redesigning the corporate website. Luis also worked at Televisa from June 2004 to June 2015 as the Database and Application Management Consulting Manager, focusing on analysis, design, and implementation of database administration and monitoring services across various technologies. Luis holds a degree in Computer Administration from the Escuela Profesional de Contabilidad y Administración, completed in 1995.
