Mike Goheen

Mike Goheen has over 20 years of experience in various sales and recruitment roles. Mike started their career as a Recruiting Consultant at Wachovia, where they built and managed partnerships with clients, exceeded hiring goals, and developed recruitment strategies. Mike then joined SunTrust Bank as a Recruiting Consultant, Assistant Vice-President, where they managed the recruiting process for executive-level positions in the Wealth and Investment Management group. At Monument Consulting, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Consultant, initiating contact with prospective clients, upselling services to current clients, and sourcing candidates through various methods. Currently, they work at Quarles Petroleum as a Territory/Account Manager, where they lead B2B sales efforts for fleet management products in a 6-state territory, conducts presentations, and consistently achieves high sales numbers.

Mike Goheen received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, where they pursued their studies from 1988 to 1993.
