David A. Schempp

Mr. Schempp has been serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives for ICL AMERICA, Limited, since 2014. Prior to this appointment, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for HBD/Thermoid, Inc. and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Fenner Dunlop Lightweight Conveyor Belting. Prior to this, he worked for Chemprene, Inc., for 28 years, serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and in an ownership capacity.

He is a graduate of Clarkson University and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is married to Mimi and they reside in Charlotte, North Carolina, with their beloved Cairn Terrier, MacDougall. Mr. Schempp’s interests are photography, aviation, motorsports and history. Mr. Schempp and his wife, Mimi, are members of Sovereign Grace Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been a board member since June 2014 and is currently a member of the Audit and Finance Committee.
