Rand Park

Rand Park, MSc, is an experienced Sr. Business Analyst and Service Designer specializing in government technology at Quartech since April 2024. Previously, Rand held the title of Sr. Business Analyst and Product Owner at XAP Corporation, where agile EdTech projects aimed at enhancing user experience were directed. Rand's career includes significant roles at Accenture as a Management Consultant, leading global eHealth and public sector projects, and at the Provincial Health Services Authority as a Business Analyst, focusing on eHealth initiatives. Additionally, Rand served as Product Lead for the United Nations, contributing to eHealth and eGovernment programs. Rand holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics and a Bachelor of Science with a combined major in Computer Science and Health Information Science, complemented by a minor in Business from the University of Victoria.
