Rory Rickert

Rory leads QuarterLine’s healthcare consulting practice. Rory joined QuarterLine from IHS, where for more than 10 years he has led a national consultancy – working with leading healthcare clients, including some of the nation’s largest healthcare insurance companies, PBMs, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in support of Government programs, new market areas, strategy and product development. In his 25-year career, Rory has worked with more than 100 healthcare organizations, including all of the major health insurance organizations in the country. Rory is a leading pharmacy expert, bringing proven experience in both government and commercial healthcare programs. Rory has published and spoken extensively on commercial and federal pharmacy initiatives and programs. His areas of expertise include Department of Defense healthcare programs, sales and marketing, business strategy, and government policy and programs. Rory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota.
