Terri Jefferson

Terri leads QuarterLine’s medical services organization providing operations, contracts, and financial management for its commercial and Government customers. She has over 14 years of experience providing comprehensive management services to small and medium-sized companies in the health industry. Terri’s professional experience includes serving as Finance & Contracts Manager for a graduated 8(a) small business specializing in government healthcare staff placement and management. She has received advanced training on the Services Contract Act and has extensive work experience with the Federal Supply Schedule. Terri has also provided consulting services to Government contractors in various industries including system implementation and cost development. Terri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.
