David Landry

David Landry is a seasoned professional in crane operations and maintenance, with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently a retired individual as of December 2023, Landry has held significant roles such as Crane Superintendent at QuarterNorth Energy and Fieldwood Energy LLC, where responsibilities included the oversight of crane inspection, maintenance, and safe operations. At Apache Corporation, served as Maintenance Crane Foreman, managing a substantial number of cranes in the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, Landry has contributed to the API Task Group as Co-Chairman for the development and rewriting of critical training documents related to offshore crane operations. Early career experience includes positions at BP, AMOCO, and ODECO, where Landry developed foundational skills in maintenance and equipment repair. Education was completed at Erath High School.
