Adam Graham

Adam Graham possesses extensive experience in IT support and auditing, currently serving as a Technician in End User Services at Quarterra Group since July 2014. In this role, Adam administers Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and the 8x8/Microsoft Teams Phone System, while also managing the procurement and deployment of IT equipment. Previously, Adam held various positions at Quarterra Group that included managing the Site Administrator team and delivering technical support for a wide range of IT hardware and software. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Support Center Specialist and Staff IT Auditor at Cherry Bekaert LLP, where Adam provided comprehensive IT support and conducted IT audits for diverse clients. Adam also worked as a Staff IT Auditor and Consultant at INS Services, Inc., focusing on internal controls in the insurance sector. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
