Allison Smith

Allison Smith, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Multifamily Fund Accounting at Quarterra Group since June 2019, where previous roles included Assistant Vice President of Investments Accounting and Accounting Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Project Accountant at Newland Communities from January 2018 to June 2019, and a Tax Associate position at Grant Thornton LLP from August 2016 to December 2017. Earlier in the career, Allison worked as a Financial Analyst at Hearst from April 2013 to July 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from North Carolina State University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
