Michael Pelczar

Michael Pelczar is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in project development and asset management. Holding the position of Vice President of Development at Quarterra Group since May 2016, Michael previously served as Director of Project Development at Flagstone Property Group and Senior Asset Manager at The Lynd Company. Earlier roles include Asset Management Consultant at The Related Group and Project Director at Aries Real Estate Development I, LLC, focusing on urban mixed-use, residential, and hotel properties. Michael's career began in development roles at Ram Development Company and Flagstone Development, and earlier, as a Program Manager at IBM, contributing to both clinical information systems and international program management. Michael holds an MBA in Real Estate and a BA in Architecture from the University of Florida.
