Nicole Brown

Nicole Brown is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and compliance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources for Quarterra Group, Nicole has held various leadership roles within the Lennar Corporation, focusing on HR strategies across multiple subsidiaries. In addition to participation in the Harvard Business Review and Forbes Human Resources Council, Nicole has previously contributed to SHRM's Insights Member Community. Prior experience includes a progression from HR Generalist at ReachLocal to roles that required the development and implementation of HR processes. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
