Peter Koopman

Peter Koopman is a seasoned professional in the real estate development sector, currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Quarterra Group since June 2015. With experience progressing from Development Associate to Senior Development Manager, Peter has developed expertise in preparing informational packages for investment committees, overseeing the entire development process from planning to lease-up, and conducting financial analysis for new opportunities. Prior to Quarterra Group, Peter worked at Greystar as a Leasing Professional and served as an Emergency Communications Operator at the Grand Rapids Police Department. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University.
