Tricia Pfannkuch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and financial operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Quarterra Group since October 2017, Tricia previously held key roles at AvalonBay Communities from 2009 to 2016, including Director of Investment Services and Manager of Investment Services. Tricia's early career included positions in property management and financial analysis, as well as roles at Odyssey Re, AXA Equitable, and KPMG US. Tricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Utica College of Syracuse University and has significant expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the real estate and finance sectors.
