Rodrigo F. has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing field. Rodrigo started their career as a social media intern at Ferrugem BR in 2017, where they gained experience in managing social media platforms. Rodrigo then moved on to Escale, where they held various roles including junior growth & performance marketing analyst, growth & performance marketing analyst, and senior growth & performance marketing analyst from 2018 to 2020. During their time at Escale, they were involved in analyzing growth opportunities, coordinating media strategies, and working on CRM strategies to reduce churn and improve cross-selling.

In 2020, Rodrigo joined RD as a senior performance marketing analyst, where they continued to build their expertise in performance marketing. Rodrigo then joined Pier in 2021 as a growth marketing leader, where they led the growth team for smartphone products, coordinated media strategies, and worked with the brand team to develop overall strategies. Rodrigo was also responsible for CRM strategies to reduce churn and improve cross-selling.

In 2023, Rodrigo worked as a growth coordinator at Open Co, where they played a role in coordinating growth activities. Currently, they are working as a client service analyst at Quartile, starting in June 2023.

Rodrigo F. completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising at FECAP from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Technical degree in Design at ETEC José Rocha Mendes from 2013 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Rodrigo obtained the "Análise Multicanal do Mix de Mídia Digital" certification from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in July 2020. Rodrigo also acquired the "Aplicações estatísticas para marketing" certification from the same institution in January 2020. Furthermore, Rodrigo obtained the "Lean UX: SCRUM com ênfase em melhorar Experiência do Usuário" certification from Udemy in April 2019.
