Having spent a significant portion of their career in Hong Kong, Tim led a team of 80 people at Arcadis Hong Kong Limited and played a pivotal role in growing the cost consultancy team while integrating businesses post-merger. Currently, Tim is the Director at Quartz Project Services and heads the London cost consultancy team at Arcadis. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Leeds and a Master's degree from the University of Reading, complemented by notable achievements such as being shortlisted for the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year.
