Currently serving as the Senior Medical Director for Population Health at Quartz Health Solutions, Francis previously held key leadership roles including Chief Medical Officer at Duke City Urgent & Primary Care and at True Health New Mexico. With a strong background in clinical settings and medical administration, responsibilities have included oversight of numerous staff and financial strategies within health organizations, as well as developing community health initiatives. Academic contributions include a role as Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Neuroscience from Williams College, in addition to certification as a Certified Physician Executive from the American Association for Physician Leadership.
