Kimberly Roraff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and insurance sales. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Quartz Health Solutions since July 2014, Kimberly has also held the position of Customer Relations Supervisor. Prior to this, experience includes working at Gundersen Health Plan as an Audit Trainer from July 2014 to April 2022 and in sales roles at State Farm agencies from October 2007 to June 2014. Kimberly holds an Associate’s Degree in Supervisory Management from Western Technical College and has attended Central Texas College and Sawyer College of Business for further educational pursuits.
