Regina Kirby

Regina Kirby is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in training and development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Quartz Health Solutions since August 2021, Regina previously held the position of Senior Training and Development Specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Administration from January 2018 to August 2021. Additionally, Regina worked as a Training Specialist for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families through TEKsystems and as a Business Analyst at HP Enterprise. Regina's background includes significant roles at Mars, Inc., where responsibilities included serving as a Financial Services Functional Expert-Global Systems and a Training and Capability Lead for North America, as well as time at Wm Wrigley Jr Company in various capacities, including Senior Documentation Specialist and Senior Business Analyst. Regina earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point between 1980 and 1985.
