Andreas Schiffers

Andreas Schiffers is currently working at Quarzwerke since January 2018. In their role, Andreas focuses on the energetic optimization of processes, reduction of CO2 emissions, and development of technical concepts for processing plants. Prior to their current position, Andreas founded CALA Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG where Andreas provided consulting, plant planning, and process development services in the mineral and secondary raw materials processing sector. Before that, Andreas was a scientific employee at RWTH Aachen University, handling international research and development projects.
