Keila Costa

Keila Costa has extensive experience in HR and recruiting roles. Keila has recently served as the Head of HR at QFlash since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Consultoria as a Consultant of HR, Head Hunter, and Tech Recruiter starting in September 2019. Keila also held the position of HR Coordinator/ Tech at Sigcorp from September 2021 to April 2022. Keila previously worked as a Business Partner in Technology and Products at SRM Asset / Trust from April 2019 to October 2019. Keila has a background in coordinating HR and Headhunting at Consultoria de RH from September 2017 to May 2019. Keila also served as the HR Coordinator at Fundação de Apoio à Universidade Federal de São Paulo - FapUnifesp from January 2016 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, Keila worked as an HR Coordinator at Zag Work from August 2013 to December 2015, a HR Manager at CSI Leasing from October 2011 to July 2013, and an HR Coordinator at SBT from July 2008 to October 2011. Keila started their career as an HR Consultant at Zag Work from July 2000 to July 2008.

Keila Costa completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology at Universidade Paulistana from 1996 to 2000. Keila then pursued further education and obtained a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2011 and 2012.
