After 14 years helping build one of the UK water sector’s leading flow monitoring brands, I am now focused on the next chapter through Quatronix — helping bridge the gap between innovation, utility need and real-world operational deployment.

The water sector is not short of technology, ambition or capable suppliers. The challenge is turning good ideas into trusted, scalable operational outcomes — particularly as AMP8 increases pressure around delivery, monitoring, environmental accountability and deployment confidence at scale.

Quatronix exists to help organisations define the real operational challenge early, align the right stakeholders and support confident adoption between utilities, delivery partners and the wider supply chain.

My background spans monitoring strategy, MCERTS compliance, AMP programme support, stakeholder coordination and innovation-led infrastructure projects across the UK water sector.

I am passionate about helping organisations align technology, operational requirements and delivery outcomes — ensuring solutions are not only specified correctly, but implemented, understood and adopted successfully in the real world.

Areas of focus include:
• Monitoring & instrumentation strategy
• Technical delivery assurance
• Utility & infrastructure programme support
• MCERTS & compliance-led monitoring
• Stakeholder & supply-chain coordination
• Innovation alignment from concept through to deployment

At the heart of Quatronix is the Four Qs:

🔹 Query – understand the real operational challenge
🔹 Qualify – validate requirements and deployment risk
🔹 Quantify – use meaningful data and operational insight
🔹 Quality – deliver outcomes that perform reliably in operation

Because successful infrastructure programmes are built on far more than technology alone.
Always happy to connect with utilities, contractors, consultants and suppliers focused on improving operational alignment, deployment confidence and successful real-world adoption across AMP8.
