Mujtaba Shamim

Mujtaba Shamim has a diverse work experience with various companies. Mujtaba started their career at Amazon India Experience Group (IXG) as a Technical Support Specialist in August 2019 and worked until February 2020. After that, they joined Concentrix in March 2020 as a Senior Technical Advisor and worked until March 2021. Mujtaba then transitioned to the role of Support Engineer - Tier 1 at Concentrix from March 2021 to August 2022. Finally, in September 2022, they joined Quatrro Business Support Services as a Senior System Administrator, where they continue to work.

Mujtaba Shamim completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Higher Secondary degree in Computer Science from Chinmaya Vidyalaya from 2013 to 2015. In 2012-2013, they completed their Matriculation from GULMOHUR HIGH SCHOOL, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Teams Support Engineer Specialty from Microsoft in March 2023 and the Customer Service Foundations certification from LinkedIn in March 2021.
