Oriana Sudano

Oriana Sudano has a diverse work experience in various human resources and support roles. Oriana started their career as a Human Resources Analyst at Pirelli in 2016, where they managed employee rotation and assignment, handled reports of occupational accidents, and oversaw purchasing orders. In 2020, they joined Hardesty Construction Inc as a Bilingual Human Resources Specialist, where they helped employees understand company policies and benefits, maintained employment records, and drafted job postings. In 2022, Oriana worked as a Support Services Specialist at St. Augustine College, conducting interviews for apprenticeship programs and providing excellent service to clients. Most recently, they joined Quatrro Business Support Services in 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for managing the screening process, building relationships with applicants, and representing the organization at recruitment events.
