Prakash Srivastava

Prakash Srivastava has a solid background in system administration, technical support, and solution engineering. Prakash is currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at Quatrro Business Support Services since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a System Engineer at Team Computers from May 2018 to December 2020. Prakash also gained experience as a Solution Engineer at Quatrro from April 2014 to July 2016. Before that, they worked as a Technical Support representative at IBM Global Process Services from April 2012 to April 2014 and at Wipro BPO from September 2010 to April 2012.

Prakash Srivastava completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Madurai Kamaraj University between 2004 and 2007. In addition to their academic background, they have obtained several certifications in the field of Information Technology. In January 2019, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional and obtained the Microsoft Certified Solution Associate certification in February of the same year. Prakash further expanded their knowledge by completing the Microsoft 365 Identity and Services certification in March 2021 and the Managing Microsoft Teams certification in June 2021. Most recently, in February 2022, they achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). These certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and their expertise in both Microsoft and AWS platforms.
