Subsequently, they became a Collections Operations Manager in Southern Europe from 2003 to 2011. From 2011 to 2020, Dijksteel served as a Sales Compensation Operations Senior Manager in EMEA. In this role, they were responsible for improving and executing global award plans while ensuring compliance with regional laws and business requirements. Ricardo led a team supporting multiple regions, managed local and global project groups, and actively collaborated with stakeholders from various departments. Notably, they played a key role in the integration of compensation systems during the Dell and EMC merger. Throughout their tenure at Dell EMC, Dijksteel was recognized as a Top Inspirational Leader five times.

In 2021, Dijksteel took a sabbatical before joining Quatt in 2022 as the Head of Customer Support & Service.
