Erica Adkins

Erica Adkins is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in leadership and instruction within K-12 education. Currently serving as the Director of Training, Implementation, and Events at QuaverEd since April 2022, Erica leads the delivery of fine arts curriculum programs, designs professional development for educators, and organizes events to enhance arts education. Previously, Erica held the role of Assistant Principal at Sumner County Schools from August 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included policy development, daily operations management, and fostering a positive school culture. Earlier experience includes serving as a Classroom Teacher in both Sumner County Schools and Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, focusing on innovative lesson planning and creating inclusive learning environments. Erica's educational background includes a Master of Science in Education and a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership, both complementing a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
