Quazel Mortgage is a modern mortgage brokerage designed to make the home loan process simple, clear, and human.

We believe getting a mortgage shouldn’t be stressful, confusing, or packed with hidden fees. That’s why we built a company focused on transparency, speed, and education—without sacrificing personal service.

Our story starts on a front porch.
The name “Quazel” comes from our founder’s daughters, Quincey and Hazel, who once dreamed of starting a cupcake business. That spirit of creativity and family-first thinking became the inspiration behind our brand. Years later, after struggling to buy a home himself—cycling through loan officers and realtors just to find someone trustworthy—Jerry launched New Point Lending. Today, we’ve rebranded as Quazel Mortgage to reflect who we really are and who we serve.

We work with first-time buyers, military families, and anyone who wants to truly understand their options—not just get approved. Whether you’re comparing Loan Estimates, trying to close early, or just want an honest second look at your numbers, we’ll guide you through it step-by-step with real clarity.

What makes us different:
✅ Side-by-side Loan Estimate comparisons to uncover savings
✅ Detailed video explanations for every key milestone
✅ Consistent communication and early closings (on purpose)
✅ Friendly tech, built for real humans—not call centers

At Quazel, we don’t just close loans—we build long-term trust, one clear conversation at a time.
