Kerrie Cunningham

Kerrie Cunningham is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer service and team development. Currently serving as Operations Manager at QubeGB since March 2013, Kerrie has advanced through various roles including Service Centre Operations Manager, Assistant Contact Centre Manager, and Team Manager, focusing on creating a culture of continuous improvement and employee satisfaction. Previously, Kerrie managed shops and events for Ladbrokes from January 2000 to December 2012, providing exceptional customer service and representing the company at various sporting events. Additionally, Kerrie worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Driver Hire Nationwide, contributing to the expansion of the brand into new regions, and began a career as a Tax Assistant at JRW Chartered Accountants. Kerrie holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from The Open University and completed standard grade education at Galashiels Academy.
