Deon Brophy

Deon Brophy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Qube Research & Technologies, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes over nine years at J.P. Morgan, where Deon held several roles including Vice President of Prime Brokerage Product Development, Vice President of Equity Operations Transformation, Associate in Fixed Income Operations Transformation, and positions as a Graduate in Equity Projects and Investor Services/Custody. An internship in Fixed Income Middle Office at J.P. Morgan and a role as an intern in Enterprise Sales and Operations at Microsoft precede this experience. Deon Brophy obtained a BSc in Economics, Finance, and Banking from the University of Portsmouth and passed Level I of the CFA Program from the CFA Institute in 2015.
