Murray Steel

Murray Steel is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chairman for AIMA in Hong Kong and COO for Qube Research & Technologies in the APAC region. Previously, Murray held leadership roles at Man Group, including Managing Director and Chairman for Greater China, overseeing various entities and regional operations across Asia. With extensive experience in portfolio management, trade execution, and business development, Murray has also contributed to corporate governance and compliance in the investment management sector. Prior to Man Group, Murray was instrumental in the transformation of trading processes at AHL Partners and held a trading role at UBS. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cass Business School and an MSc in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling.
