Stephen Warr

Stephen Warr is a seasoned technology director with extensive experience in the financial technology sector, currently serving as the Quantitative Technology Director at Qube Research & Technologies since December 2023. Previously, Stephen held senior roles at SpiderRock as a Senior Software Engineer and at Maven Securities, where responsibilities included Head of Technology for Systematic Alpha and Prop Trading, as well as Head of Quantitative Development & Trading Applications. Stephen's earlier positions include Head of Technology, Europe at XR Trading and various leadership roles at KCG Holdings, Inc., including Proprietary Trading and CEO. Stephen holds a PhD in Optical Systems from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Engineering from Christ's College, Cambridge.
