Adam French has worked in the technology business solutions industry since 2011. Adam began their career as an Implementation Specialist in the Major Accounts Group at MICROS Systems Inc in 2011. In 2012, they moved to the role of Associate Account Executive, specializing in oversight and consulting activities of franchise communities exceeding 100 units for MICROS's industry leading restaurant technology solutions. In 2013, they joined Oracle as an Account Executive - Major Accounts, focused on providing critical technology business solutions to major/ national brands within the restaurant vertical. In 2017, they joined Qu POS as Director of Customer Success and Enterprise Strategic Account Manager. In this role, they were a customer advocate and solutions expert, driving customer success, and maximum adoption & expansion of Qu's data-centric Enterprise cloud solutions.

Adam French obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Niagara University in 2009. Adam continued their education at Niagara University, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2011. Prior to that, they attended James Hubert Blake HS.
