Wendy Lee

Wendy Lee currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Qubit Underwriting Limited since April 2024. Previously, Wendy held significant roles at QBE Asia, including Interim Head of Operations & Transformation and Head of Bancassurance from February 2018 to June 2023, and at AIG, where responsibilities included Head of Consumer and Head of Distribution from July 2016 to January 2018. Wendy also served as Director of Digital Solutions for Ageas Asia from June 2013 to June 2016 and owned Flame Ox Pte Ltd from September 2009 to June 2013. Earlier experience includes positions at AIG, Insurance Solutions Pte Ltd, RSA, and OCBC Bank, covering various facets of distribution, operations, and marketing. Wendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the National University of Singapore, an Advanced Diploma in Direct Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, and an ACII Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Insurance UK.
