Ioana Moldovan has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Ioana started their career as a Recruitment Intern at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in 2015. Following that, in 2015 they worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Tapptitude | a product studio. In 2016, they worked as a Publishing Intern at Yardi Romania.

Ioana Moldovan obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, completing their studies in 2016. Prior to this, they earned a Licentiate degree in European Studies/Civilization from the same university, finishing in 2014. Additionally, they engaged in an Erasmus study at Malmö University in 2013-2014, focusing on Social Sciences.
