Louis-Alexandre Dubé has extensive work experience in various industries. Louis-Alexandre started their career as a Production Engineer at Knight Rebuilding before moving to Hexagon Polymers Compounding, where they worked as a Maintenance Manager and later as an Engineering Manager. During their tenure at Hexagon Polymers Compounding, they achieved significant accomplishments in analyzing and optimizing automated processes.

Louis-Alexandre then joined GE Canada as a Wind Product Leader, where they provided marketing and technical support for bus duct systems in wind turbines. Louis-Alexandre went on to work at GE Energy as a Project Engineer, managing multiple projects globally and increasing profit margins by bringing back heat studies in-house.

At inVentiv Health Clinical, Louis-Alexandre served as an Assistant Director of Technical Services, overseeing the construction of a clinical facility and managing facility operations for Canada. After that, they worked at DATUM Medical as the Vice-President of Operations, where they played a key role in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of medical products.

Currently, Louis-Alexandre is the Director of the Project Office at Aéroport de Québec inc. In this role, they have managed major project portfolios and achieved a high project success rate.
