Mete Balam

Mete Balam, PMP, currently serves as IT Project Leader at Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport, overseeing IT project initiatives since August 2022. As the President and Project Manager of Balam Project Management since December 2014, Mete specializes in project management with international partners in high technology, business development, and strategic planning. Previous experience includes project management roles at CGI, focusing on IT projects, and Aéro-Photo, managing extensive aerial survey projects while achieving significant business growth. Additional roles at Volvo and Bosch Siemens involved project management and operational efficiencies. Mete holds an MBA in Business Administration from Université Laval, a Certificate in Software Product Development from the University of Alberta, and various other qualifications in engineering and geographic information science.
