Sophie Lambert

Sophie Lambert has extensive experience in operational and project management within the aviation industry, currently serving as a conseillère opérationnelle in engineering and construction at Aéroport de Québec inc. since June 2012. Throughout the years, Sophie has held various leadership roles, including project manager and interim service head, demonstrating a strong commitment to passenger experience and operational efficiency. Prior to their current role, Sophie taught English and French at San Diego School and worked in service coordination and learning specialist roles at The Business Link AB. Sophie began their career as a business agent at CLD de l’Érable. An education in social communication from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and recent pursuits in law and Lean Six Sigma Certification further complement Sophie’s professional background.
