Simon Renaud is an accomplished executive chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the executive chef at MAESTRO CULINAIRE within the Centre des congrès de Québec since January 2022, Simon Renaud has previously held the position of executive chef at Hilton Québec from October 2015 to January 2022, where notable renovations and culinary offerings were introduced. Additional experience includes a role as task force executive chef at Hilton Toronto and several positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where Simon led a large culinary team in one of Montreal's largest hotels, as well as executive chef roles at Château Mont Sainte-Anne and Delta Hotels. Simon Renaud's education in culinary arts was completed at École Fierbourg Charlesbourg, alongside a general studies diploma from Polyvalente de Charlesbourg.
