Hugo Letarte

Hugo Letarte currently serves as Senior Advisor in Regulatory Affairs at Quebecor since October 2023. Hugo holds a Master of Laws in Administrative Law from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from McGill University, along with professional training in governance for not-for-profit organizations.
