Jean-Pierre Huard

Jean-Pierre Huard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and financing. Currently serving as the Directeur, Affaires juridiques, fusions, acquisitions et financement at Québecor Média inc. since November 2013, Jean-Pierre previously held the role of Senior Legal Counsel in Financing and M&A. Prior to that, Jean-Pierre worked at BCF LLP as a Business and Securities Lawyer, contributing to the Commercial and Securities practices from October 2002 to November 2013. Jean-Pierre began legal career at Donohue Ernst & Young as an Avocat between November 2000 and October 2002.
